MONOXIVENT provides smart and innovative air cleaning solutions for customers in workspace environments.
Monoxivent’s warranty is for Monoxivent distributors and the ultimate purchaser (end user) of products furnished by Monoxivent.
Monoxivent warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with the following provisions and subject to such limitations.
Monoxivent warrants its products for one year from the ship date. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only. Labor and freight are not covered under the warranty policy.
Any claims made pursuant to this warranty by the customer or distributor shall be conditioned upon Monoxivent’s inspection of the product upon which the claim is made.
Products claimed under this warranty shall be shipped prepaid directly to Monoxivent by the customer or authorized Monoxivent distributor.
Monoxivent offers one of the following remedies:
• Replacement of the defective product
• Repair of the defective product
• Credit issue or repayment
Due to the misuse of hose being an uncontrollable circumstance, Monoxivent’s 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, and 7000 series hose, along with any other specialty hose, is warranted for material defect only.
Any product returned to Monoxivent for a warranty claim must be pre-approved and authorization must be issued before such a shipment will be accepted.
This warranty is void on all Monoxivent products if any product has been misused, mistreated, or used other than for its specified application.
