Summary:
The U.S. Army and Marines Aviation Support buildings located at Johnstown, PA Regional Airport were in need of upgrading the vehicle exhaust systems to meet current military requirements of 1400 CFM. To bring the current systems up to code, the 6” hose reels would need to be replaced.
Monoxivent provided model 9248-W-TMTR “Tube Type” motorized hose reels with 8” x 24’ series 4000 high temperature exhaust hose and MHA blower. The existing exhaust fans from the original system were reused and upgraded to provide required airflow capacities to the new 8” hose reels.
